We integrate with 3rd party systems to allow you to use the functions offered by juli. This includes alerts, aggregated dashboard data as well as relevant user data whenever the user decides that it can be shared with a specific 3rd party.

 
 
 

Professional Services & Integration Support

As part of its services, juli provides different levels of support to customers. We have an experienced engineering team and work with integration partners who can support everything from training an in-house team to handling the integration all the way up to managing and implementing the full integration. On request, a retainer can be set to maintain the integration.

 

  • Our team of SMART on FHIR specialists can support you setting up the full integration into your custom business processes. We can work with you to provide the best possible user experience both for your staff as well as for your customers.

  • If you require receiving alerts about actively monitored patients, we can help you specify the alert parameters and implement the alerts so they integrate seamlessly into your processes and workflows.

  • If you do not have advanced reporting capabilities in the EHR you are using, the juli backend can help. We have a powerfull EHR system running our operations and can create data dashboards on request.
